Adam Pedersen

Adam Pedersen graduated from the University of Windsor in 2017 with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance and minoring in Economics. Prior to entering Real Estate, Adam spent six years in the banking industry working as a Financial Advisor, Business Banking Advisor, and Mortgage Advisor, gaining extensive experience in residential/commercial financing, investment analysis, and client advisory services. Since becoming a licensed Realtor in 2022, Adam has been involved in Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Investment, Leasing, Agricultural, and Business for Sale transactions throughout Windsor-Essex County.

In addition, Adam has years of hands-on experience managing a private rental portfolio, providing him with a practical understanding of residential leasing, property management, tenant relations, and the Residential Tenancies Act.

Adam works alongside his father and mentor, Marty Pedersen, a seasoned real estate professional with more than 35 years of experience across all sectors of the industry. Together, Marty and Adam are familiar with providing clients with knowledgeable, professional Real Estate Brokerage Services in a manner consistent with Government, Corporate and Institutional practices.
